Ingredients

5 scallops
1 pinch of pink peppercorn
1/2 mango
1/2 onion
1/2 lime
chives
2 tbsp olive oil
salt, pepper

Clean the scallops well, pull out the nuts, remove the shell, rinse and pat it dry. Next lay it aside in a cool dry place.

Peel the mango and cut it into small cubes.

As for the marinade, grate a little lime rind and squeeze the
other half. Mix the rind and the juice together.

Now add some olive oil, a few crushed pink peppers, salt and pepper to this juice / lemon peel. Mix everything together with the mango and store in the refrigerator.

Meanwhile, chop an onion and the scallops into small cubes.

Mix the marinade with the nuts, onion and chopped chives.
