Ingredients

75 g of smoked salmon
200 g of fresh salmon
1 lemon
3 gherkins
1 shallot
2 tbsp of mayonnaise
1 tbsp of capers
1 tbsp of chopped dill
olive oil
salt, pepper

Directions

Use the freshest wild or farmed salmon for this dish. Chilling it in the freezer for 20 minutes makes it easier to dice.

Cut the salmon into thin pieces.

Add lemon juice and mix well.

Slice the gherkins into small pieces and nely chop the shallot.

Mix mayonnaise, the capers, the dill, the shallot, the gherkins and both the salmons together.
