Ingredients

3 reinette apples
50 g blackberries
100 g dry raisins
3 tbsp honey
100 g raspberries
1 tbsp of cinnamon

Directions

Apple compote is a great way to use up a glut of apples, and makes a delicious breakfast or healthy dessert.

Steps

Wash the apples well, peel them and cut them into pieces.

Pour a glass of water into a hot frying pan.

When the water is heated, put the apples that were cut into pieces.

Add cinnamon, honey and raisins. Mix it well.

Cover it up and cook it for about 15 minutes. Once the apple pieces are puffy and water soaked, this means it’s all set.

Now pour this into a tupperware and add some red berries (raspberries/blackberries). Mix them well.
