Ingredients

200 g of powdered almonds
3 tbsp of coconut oil
1 egg
1 pinch of salt
2 tbsp of honey
400 g of raspberries
2 eggs
12 cl of coconut milk
2 tbsp honey

Directions

The addition of lime juice and zest gives this easy raspberry tart recipe a pleasant citrus flavor.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

Put all the ingredients for the tart dough into a mixer and mix!

Spread the mixture obtained into a pie plate covered with baking paper and press to form a thin tart dough. Finally knead with your hands and make a dough ball.

Now spread the dough and place it in a tart dish. Bake this for 15 minutes at 180 °C, and then let it cool completely before putting the topping. Meanwhile, wash the raspberries.

Beat the eggs in a small bowl with coconut milk, along with honey and salt. Now spread the contents of the bowl over the cold dough.

Top the tart with raspberries.

Bake it at the center of the oven for about 10 min.
