Directions

Packed with almonds, dates and a hint of coconut, these Paleo Nut Energy Bars are great for an afternoon snack.

Steps

Put the dates, almonds and the grated coconut into a mixer.

Mix well to make a batter.

Lay out a Cellophane and place the batter.

Fold the paper tightly using a board and press the batter to obtain a brick!

Now leave this in the refrigerator all night.

The next day, cut it into bars and voilà!
