250 g powdered almonds
2 tbsp coconut flour
35 g ground flaxseed
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp bicarbonate
3 eggs
4 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp acacia honey
1 tbsp cider vinegar

Made with honey instead of sugar and no white flour, this Paleo Bread is as healthy as it is delicious.



Mix the following ingredients in a bowl: 150 g of powdered almonds, 2 tbsp of coconut our, 35 g of ground axseed, 1 pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of bicarbonate.


Next, add these into the bowl: 3 eggs, 4 tbsp of coconut oil, 1 tbsp of acacia honey (or agave syrup), 1 tbsp of cider vinegar. And mix everything together.


Bake this for 30 min at 180 °C in a cake mold.
