Ingredients

1 kg carrots
250 ml coconut milk
1 garlic cloves
1 sprig of fresh basil

Directions

To make this recipe extra-special, try replacing carrots with
a 1 kg of sweet potatoes. Those who don’t prefer the taste of coconuts will not feel it in the recipe at all. This is very much
like the coconut oil that has almost no coconut taste when used in cooking.

First use a peeler to peel the carrots.

Cut the carrots in slices.

Place the carrots in a hot water saucepan and let it boil for 15 minutes (prick the carrots to see if they are cooked well).

Next drain the carrots and put them in a mixer.

Add coconut milk, garlic and the herbs and mix everything
together.
