2 tbsp of olive oil
1 pinch salt

Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

Use a knife to remove the leaves from their stalks and throw away the stalks.

Cut the leaves into bite-size pieces, rinse them well and drain the chopped leaves using a salad spinner.

Drizzle the leaves with olive oil and sprinkle some salt.

Arrange the leaves on your oven plate while spreading them evenly (try placing a baking sheet to avoid spoiling the plate).

Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the chips are cooked but not burned.
