Ingredients

6 big eggs
1/2 green onion
2 big fresh avocados
1 clove of garlic
1/2 cup of fresh cilantro
1/2 lime

Directions

Putting avocado into eggs tastes surprisingly great and it’s a healthier way to make those eggs creamy!

Steps

Place the eggs in a saucepan with boiling water for 10 minutes and add a few drops of white vinegar. Cool down the eggs by running cold water over them.

Put the rest of the ingredients into a mixer and make sure to put the lemon juice first.

Mix it well until there’s a homogeneous mixture, then use a spatula to pour it into a bowl.

Taste it and add some lemon juice of your choice.

Now peel the hard-boiled eggs and cut them into two.

Remove the yolk with a teaspoon.

Fill each egg with the guacamole that you just poured into the bowl.

Sprinkle the eggs with egg yolk and decorate it more with herbs.
