6 tbsp of olive oil
2 tbsp of honey
750 g of duck breast
1 tbsp of ground cumin
1 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp of 4 spices

Directions

This recipe for seared duck breast makes a fast and easy weeknight dinner or a fancy, yet stress-free, dinner party entrée.

Take a bowl and mix together some olive oil, 1 tbsp of paprika, the mixture of 4 spices, 2 tbsp of honey and 1 tbsp of ground cumin. (You can season with other avors of your choice. Honey and olive oil are the basis.

Take the duck breasts and remove the fat off from them.

Cut the duck into rough cubes and marinate it in the mixture for a minimum of 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Peel the onions and cut the peppers so that they can be poked into skewers.

Now ll up your skewers.

Grill the skewers on the barbecue or grill if possible. Let it cook up to your taste.

Serve with vegetables of your choice by spraying them with some olive oil.
