Ingredients

250 g of chestnuts
150 ml of coconut milk
1 tbsp of ground cinnamon
1 vanilla bean
3 tbsp of honey

Sweetened Chestnut Puree is one of those wickedly delicious things that you shouldn’t really be eating by the spoonful from the jar but it’s so delicious and we have a Paleo recipe just for you !

Cut off the top of the chestnuts (the light-coloured part).

Dip the chestnuts into boiling water and cook them for 5 minutes.

Peel the chestnuts and boil them in boiling water for another 10 minutes.

Now mix the chestnuts with the rest of ingredients in a mixer.
Mix everything well.

Sprinkle some cinnamon for more taste.
