4 avocados
300 g shrimps
4 cherry tomatoes
4 tbsp mayonnaise
70 g concentrated tomato paste
chives
salt, pepper

Start by preparing a Paleo mayonnaise.

Peel off the avocados and crush them into a salad bowl.

Add the mayonnaise, the concentrated tomato paste and the chopped chives into the salad bowl.
