1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cinnamon optional

Here’s a really simple way to make almond milk at home, and it comes out even tastier than what comes in the carton. You’ll need a few special things to make this happen: a powerful blender and some cheesecloth or a nut milk bag, but that’s about it.



Put the almonds into a bowl and cover it entirely with water. Let it soak all night without covering.


The next day, pour the almonds into a sieve and rinse them abundantly in cold water.


Mix the water soaked almonds with 3 cups of water, ltered in a mixer. Add honey and vanilla extract.


Adjust your mixer on high speed and mix for about 1 minute or until it mixes completely. The mixture will take a milky and opaque appearance.


Use a sieve to filter small almonds pieces.


You can keep your delicious almond milk refrigerated for 5 days
while enjoying its taste.
Don’t throw away the powered almonds! You can use it as a seasoning for your baked products, or even to thicken a soup. To do so, spread the powder over an oven-proof dish, and place it in the oven at low temperature (90 °C) for about 2 hours in order to remove any residual humidity.
